Press Accreditation

Applies to Gaasterland and Appelscha:

We invite the international, national and regional press to the written and picture report on this sporting event. he organization offers an excellent accredited media working around start and finish with catering. The organization can also arrange for special cases in a hotel overnight.

Applicants for accreditation must meet the following requirements:

1. Applicant must be 21 years or older.
2. Accreditation, only those media representatives considered that the organization can reasonably expect that the work will lead to publications on the Inline skating / Cycling as listed in the Manual of the Dutch Press and Publicity.
3. It is the organizer at all times free to ask earlier publications.
4. There will be no more than two representatives per organization or title are accredited (a photographer and an editor with photo perches).
5. There will be very limited space for photographers who want the games from a motorcycle track and they should make use of the above organization made available engines and riders.
6. Applicant must be in possession of a recognized press card or a letter to show the responsible editor / chief editor.
7. No accreditation granted to representatives of sponsors, companies, teams and / or riders.
8. To be accredited on behalf of a website is that only representatives of professional operating editors will be allowed, from sites with proven newsworthy represent non-commercial purpose given relating to the sale of photographs, which demonstrate a significant traffic generating minimal (average) 5000 unique visitors per day, measured over the previous two years. Applications only from sites that offer photo material will be rejected. At the website will only be allowed one representative.

The Organization

Podium Organisation is part of the Podium Sports Coaching Group, a company that deals with many facets of the sport, like Sports Management, Sports Marketing, clothing, boarding, lettering and organization. In fact, the Podium Group does everything to facilitate the sport. Essentially, the company engaged in the sports Inline skating, ice-skating and cycling, but next year this is expanded. Podium organized in 2008 the World Cup Inline skating (Wolvega).

Podium Organisation aims to organize sports events under the motto: "Sport is entertainment" Entertainment needs sponsors, sponsors want (need) attention and interest, public and media.

It’s naive to think that "the public" just today open the door to any sporting event convenience. That time is long gone. There must be more than just a game to be put down.
